We just got back from a weekend retreat in the countryside with a local fellowship here. This was the first time in 7 weeks that we were able to leave the city! It was a good break. Today in language school, I was called on to read some sentences to practice pronunciation. Whenever this happens, I feel hot liquid run through my veins, down past my knees. I took a deep breathe, and with confidence began reading.
