Recovery: Day 1

There she is…What a champ! Gracie continues to remind us that she is one tough character. We are so glad that everything has gone so well and look forward to her getting through the next couple of days as restfully as possible. She is really uncomfortable, as one would expect, but the doctors and nurses are taking great care of her. Here is the flashback from August.
