We were there five years ago, and we had a similar experience. We stepped out of the cab/bus and within minutes Wes was attacked by one of those monkeys. It jumped on his head and Wes screamed like a girl. I have never laughed so hard.

The bus driver said it was because Wes was carrying Evan on his hip, and the adult monkeys were attempting to save one of their own. I didn't know if I should be impressed or offended that the bus driver equated my two year old son to a monkey.
